VERY BASIC BUT OVERALL OK

Liked: Clean, friendly staff, just around the corner from Gare de l'Est, quiet (our windows opened up on a courtyard)
Disliked: VERY BASIC amenities, rooms are barebones, beds are a bit destroyed but OK for 2-3 nights

Liked: Location was perfect. Ok cleanliness.
Disliked: Bit hot room. Walls we so thin we could here everything in adjoining rooms. Quite small rooms.

Decent option

Liked: Clean enough, nothing really annoying, great location next to train stations
Disliked: Old fashioned, a run-down, the neighborhood is not clean.

Liked: The location is central and close to gare de l’est and nord as well as canal Saint Martin
Disliked: I knew that the accommodation was essential, but I wasn’t pleased to realise that it also lacked cleanliness. The bathroom was superficially cleaned as well as the room floor, and even the bedsheets seemed old and not perfectly clean
