Hotel Du Prince Eugene

Very good

Liked: Very friendly reception, nice location close to nice restaurants and cafés.
Disliked: The walls in-between my room and another were thin, both nights (different neighbours) I had trouble relaxing/sleeping because of noise of loud neighbours.. An essential aspect for me. Perhaps good to put business visitors in different parts of the hotel than nightowls :-).

A pleasant stay in Paris

Liked: The room was small but well equipped, just as you would expect from a city hotel. Staff were extremely attentive and friendly, breakfast was a simple continental choice, the croissants were fab! Shower was compact but powerful, air conditioning was lovely and cold which was most welcome after a very hot day in Paris. Having left and returned to the UK, we noticed that my daughter had left her teddy behind. I contacted the hotel who said they had found it and would return it to me at their cost, this is perfect customer service! I was happy to pay the costs myself. Very satisfied and would book again in the future.
Disliked: Unfortunately the lift was broken when we arrived and being based on the 4th floor meant having to walk. Not a problem for me, but my brother is disabled so this was a challenge. The hotel however did bring in extra help to assist with getting luggage taken upstairs and then brought back down for departure so they did try to help as much as possible. They were extremely apologetic and were waiting for an engineer to return with the part, no ones fault.

Friendly and classic Parisian hotel,...

Liked: Lovely welcoming and helpful staff. Typical Parisian hotel with sweet balcony overlooking street. Good aircon so comfortable in hot weather. Clean and comfy room.
Disliked: Small room and bathroom for 2 people, but perfectly fine for a one night stay.

Liked: Loved the mattress. Nice ambience.
Disliked: Larger room.

Nice hotel for 6- day...

Liked: Very good room cleaning every day; individual air condition, but also a possibility to open the windows; convenient bed; good shower; electric heater in the bathroom ( I appreciated it).
Disliked: It was a bit noisy when open windows. Some of the hangers in the wardrobe needed repair.
