Liked: Staff and building, available car service.
Disliked: Plastic glasses? Cardboard coffee cups that were too tall to fit under the espresso maker? No business center or 24-hour room service.

Liked: Location great; deluxe king room large; lobby, bar, and restaurant are beautiful. Night manager, named Andrea, was terrific.
Disliked: On check-in, "offered" an upgrade -- for $---. Room had peeling wallpaper, no extra blanket. Room service meal: food burned, no ice water. Plastic bag w towels left on floor of my room. Manager not helpful. Gave me coupons for 2 free drinks. BIG DEAL!

Nice property but slipping on...

Liked: Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Lobby is nicely decorated.
Disliked: The restaurant is beautiful but the prices are too high. One small added slice of toast to an omelet has a $3 upcharge. The hallway carpet on 9 has a couple of large bleach spots which is a shame to look at every passing because the hall was recently renovated. The carpets and baseboards were dirty and dusty in the hallway. Room services replaced towels but didn't make the bed. The key stopped working the morning of check out which caused a lot of stress to get it activated again.
