The completely renovated Hotel Du Parc is located in the heart of the lively Montparnasse district around a peaceful square. It is ideally located a few steps from Edgar Quinet metro station (2 minutes walk) line 6 which will take you directly to the Eiffel Tower or the Bercy district and a few yards from the Montparnasse Tower (5 minutes on foot). The renowned district of Saint-Germain-des Près is also a few metro stations from the hotel. All the staff will be at the guest's entire disposal 24 hours a day 7 days a week to answer all requests: information on the services offered by the hotel reservations for shows restaurants or taxis. All rooms are air-conditioned equipped with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. A buffet breakfast is served every morning in a dining room overlooking the park in a relaxing and typically Parisian setting. Hotel Du Parc is just a 5-minute walk from Montparnasse-Bienvenüe metro station giving you direct access to the most Parisian place: Les Abesses with its restaurants and artists. But also very close to Gare Montparnasse to facilitate your trips in the provinces. Guests can also discover many museums theaters as well as the famous Catacombs and for shopping addicts the Galeries Lafayette are located at the foot of the Montparnasse Tower but also many shops. Please note that the reception is on the 1st floor of the hotel and can only be accessed by climbing the stairs.

Cute place in the hub...

Liked: Loved the view from bed and the little parc infrontLoved the areaLoved the flower tubs infront of the traditional windows Very well placed for metros and busses anywhere Very helpful and lovely staff, helped to carry suitcase & find public transport connections, changed room immediately on asking to one with view instead of courtyard.
Disliked: Stairs to reception and (tiny) elevator not from ground floor but only starting at 1st floor; no outside seating; hardly space for suitcase; no kettle but coffee nespesso machine

Liked: The hotel was very convenient for Gard Montparnasse, there are lots of restaurants around the corner and there are lots of people around. As the entrance of the hotel is facing the park, it was on a quieter street. Taking the trains were also very convenient.

Good overnight in Paris.

Liked: For us this was overnight stop between return to Paris by train to Montparnasse station and departure next day from CDG. Room was pleasant and breakfast was good. Neighborhood has good options for dinner and also had the bonus of a colorful Saturday market a block away.
