Great getaway in prime location

Liked: Great old style hotel in Prime location. Balcony room as we booked, was very comfortable while being very spacious. Room was clean, bathroom large and view was better than expected. Staff were great and helpful.

Every thing we needed from...

Liked: It is a charming hotel with the best location. The staff was excellent and there when you need them but out of the way when you don’t. I would always recommend this perfect hotel.
Disliked: Loved this hotel. It was everything I needed and so much more.

A beautiful and interesting city

Liked: The hotel is in the centre of Annecy, close to the lake and many restaurants and cafés. There are a lot of interesting small alleys to wander along and explore, and the views of the mountains across the lake are quite stunning. The room was nice, everything worked, and the staff were pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: It's no fault of the hotel, but if you are driving a car, then the network of one-way systems, bus only lanes, bus only streets, and pedestrian ways is a nightmare when you aren't familiar with them. Best to set your navigator to take you directly to the underground car park nearby at the Hôtel de Ville, then walk the 100 m or so to the hotel. The hotel offers a discount for this car park.
