Great comfortable hotel

Liked: Very friendly staff who take the time to help you and give you recommendations about the environment. Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed, great location. Parking is cheap (we parked our car at parking Bonlieu, the hotel paid for the nights. We paid €8,70 in total for 2 nights and 1,5 day).

Lovely stay and would use...

Liked: Location was excellent and the staff were the best we have experienced after 1 month traveling in France. The car park was also very good value, secure and close to the hotel.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Right in the centre of town, 10 minutes walk to bars and restaurants of which there are a multitude, great atmosphere
Disliked: Off-site car parking but at a heavily discounted price.

Excellent location, welcoming staff and...

Liked: Front desk were extremely helpful. I wish I remembered his name but the gentleman who checked me in made me feel so welcome as a solo traveller far from home. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Equipped with everything you’d expect from a hotel (including aircon!). I had the most incredible views of the Bastille Day fireworks from my room!! I couldn’t believe it. Really lucked out with that one.
Disliked: Rooms are rather small. But that’s to be expected for the location.

Liked: The hotel is in an excellent location near the old town and all the shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and the bathroom were both OK as far as comfort and facilities go, but both were very clean and the shower was nice and hot. The breakfast was good and the service was excellent.

Liked: The hotel is right at the edge of the pedestrian zone, a great location for shopping, dinner, & walks.The 24-7 concierges are very helpful and friendly/welcoming. The AC (air exchanger) was a treat.
Disliked: The WiFi is very weak and unreliable, e.g., had to Hotspot to check-in to my next flight. Barely one bar of internet in the room, if you hold your phone at various angles.
