Disliked: We were on the last floor of the building, it was super hot. Thankfully we had a mini fan but still it was very hot.

Fair value for money in...

Liked: Perfect location 5 mins from Eurostar station and next door to Lille Flandres. Staff were attentive. Room was bijou but clean. It was expensive for what it was but I suspect it was due to a concert in town. Fair value for money.
Disliked: Room could have been bigger. It had been converted for an en-suite

Liked: Great location close to public transport and old town. Breakfast available. Bed room small but comfortable. Held luggage for us. Staff helpful.
Disliked: The shower was up 2 or 3 stairs within the bathroom. Felt unsafe getting out of shower.
