Disliked: Staff were not polite, they did not react on my complaint and not interested for guest problems. Sink in bathroom was stacked and they didn’t not fix it 3 days and ignored my request to clean it up

Liked: Beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was clean and spacious. The stuff is attentive and always eager to help the visitors. I would like to thank Alex especially for helping us with early check-in and keeping our luggage after check-out.

Liked: Super room in a great location & a comfy bed
Disliked: The tray in the shower was a little small

Liked: The location was great and in a clean quiet area. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious.
Disliked: Unfortunately the air conditioning broke down twice during our stay which meant our room was very hot. We also had one day without hot water and besides that the shower was temperamental and would be either very hot or cold.

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had an excellent range of choices. Our room was very quiet (no need for earplugs). The hotel was a good location for us and the close proximity to the train station made day trips out of the city very easy.

Liked: Great location, very friendly staff, very comfortable bed, brilliant shower.
Disliked: The size of the room. Having seen via my searches for a hotel in France I could see a lot of the hotels had the double bed up against the wall, which I do not like. I therefore picked this hotel as the room on show did not have the bed against the wall, booking a superior room. We were given a very small room with the bed against the wall as there was simply no space to have it any other way. I did ask for another room but there were none available, we were given complimentary breakfast as a result, but for booking a superior room it was very disappointing. We did not use the ‘bar’ as it is not really a bar, a few drinks provided as an honesty bar but very limited choice.
