Good

Liked: Massive room and shower room. Very comfortable bed. On a bus route. Good value for money. Good communication. Fridge was very useful.
Disliked: Not a hotel by normal standards. No staff on at night. No air con in the rooms until summer apparently and windows sealed shut so my room was airless and stuffy. 'City view' a little misleading. Just a view of the street and shops.

Superb

Liked: The room overlooked a busy street but the windows were 100% soundproof. There was a lot of space inside the room, the interior looked new and modern. There is a dedicated closed room in the reception area where you can leave your luggage after check-out. The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The only thing that was missing was a kettle - no possibility to make tea on a cold day.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and the location was nearby to Old Quebec
Disliked: The electrical plugs and lamps didn't work and the bathroom could use some hooks to put the towels and shelf to put shampoo/soap. And the space to put jackets is quite small.

Pleasant stay.

Liked: Enjoyed the clean, spacious room. For being within the city, very quiet.
Disliked: Draw back to any big city, parking. There was a parking garage within walking distance. Parked there and easy to access.

Liked: It is in walking distance to the old town of Quebec and the Train Station. A Bus Stop for the Airport Bus is close by. There is Tea and Coffee making facilities in the room.
