don't know what it's like...

Disliked: The latest check-in time at the hotel was 00:00-01:00. They contacted me via email whether I would check in at the hotel or not. I sent them an email and told them that I would be 1 hour late because there was traffic in Paris and some roads were blocked and construction was underway. I went at 02:05 after midnight. When I went to the hotel, there was no one at the reception. I knocked on the door and a gentleman came out who looked sleepy, when he got closer I could smell alcohol. I showed him my reservation and he said you don't have a reservation here, you're past the deadline. I explained that I was late because there was traffic. He said I don't care. I said I would leave a negative comment, he said I don't care. Very negative as a person. In the end, they didn't give me a room at the hotel, kicked me out and even kept my money, saying that I didn't show up at the hotel. very bad management.
