We are very disappointed by...

Disliked: We are very disappointed by the behaviour of the person who was sitting at the reception on Thursday evening (10th of July 2025). He acted in a discriminatory manner. We had reserved a family room with sufficient space, but he gave us a different room that we had not reserved, even after we paid the full amount for the family room.Very sad experience with this guy!

I WOULD AGAIN STAY IN...

Liked: LOCATION, ROOMS, FRIENDLY PEOPLE WERE FINE AND VIEW -DECORATION OF THE HOTEL WAS REALLY NICE .
Disliked: THERE WAS NO AIR CONDITION. BUT IT IS NOT COMMON IN BRUSSELS AROUND AT HOTES AND EVEN AT RESTAURANTS

Liked: The location was strategic and room is clean. Staff at reception was also pleasant and friendly. Overall, the service at Hotel Du Congres was satisfactorily and beyond expectation. Thanks all for your warm hospitality!
Disliked: Well, the room is a bit stuffy due to summer. However, the hotel provide us with the mini table fan

A great hotel for a...

Liked: Location was perfect, close enough to major tourist attractions and the surrounding neighbourhood had some lovely breakfast bars and cafes . Staff super friendly and nice ,Cleanliness of the room was impeccable.Beds were very comfy . Tv in room could use Netflix and Amazon .
Disliked: There was no air con (although there was a fan) but had to keep bedroom window open to let fan out. Shower cubicle very small but the water was nice and warm and very clean .
