Very nice for a couple...

Liked: The staff was very friendly, the location was quite central, close to Montmartre but a walking distance from the heart of the city. The room was a bit small for our liking but given that it's Paris, quite understandable that that's what we would get. Overall, a nice experience!

Good

Liked: Friendly staff. Location. Breakfast muffin. Free access to coffee/tea all day. Mini bar. Comfortable bed. Clean room and bedroom.. Very quiet at night.
Disliked: No restaurant. Breakfast space very cramped and small café tables. Limited breakfast menu. Price seemed a little high from a four star hotel. Saw a mouse in the breakfast room.
