In the middle of all...

Liked: Fabulous location in the middle of all the tourist attractions and in the beautiful old town area. Great views over the Rhine (worth booking a river side room) and the massive railway bridge. Next to the Philharmonic hall. Lots of restaurants and cafe bars along the front of the hotel. Great chill out space in the tree lined riverside park. Safe and fun locality. It was a heatwave during our visit and the hotel provided bottles of water and a fan in our room. Great room service kept us comfortable all our stay.
Disliked: Nothing not to like

Good

Liked: The location is good as it is close to major attractions. Our room had a beautiful river view.
Disliked: Some unfriendly staff and lack of amenities. Additionally, there was no proper luggage storage arrangement after check out, as we were just asked to leave our bags beside the main entrance without any secured handling in place.

Liked: Everything was fantastic, the room, the view, the location. A very short and easy walk to Hommage for a gluten free breakfast and to Brucken again GF and soo tasty, a must to try
Disliked: The room had no air con so was very hot but a fan was supplied which did help.
