Poor value over hyped property.

Liked: It had a bed!
Disliked: Poor value for money, small basic room. The hotel claimed to have parking, this was not true, the parking is in a public car park which does not allow motorcycles.

Disliked: Took a while to find might need clearer instructions

Nice to be back.

Liked: Great location overlooking the river (with river view room option) and the local area where people meet at weekends with a great atmosphere. Nice food at restaurant in afternoon and nice breakfast too.

Liked: Great location, very clean, nice room with safe, huge windows, nice bathroom, had a lift, bed super comfortable
Disliked: Doesn't have 24hr staff but had system to get key and staff were there in morning when we left so it wasn't an issue. Expensive.

Decent rooms, good location, but...

Liked: Location was very convenient. You have to do self check-in because they only staff the reception desk in the morning (before check-in time starts). The self check-in worked okay, but it doesn’t make you feel very welcome or at ease.

Good value, great location, friendly...

Liked: The location is so convenient on the riverside very close to the old town, station and cathedral. The attached restaurant is good and the adjoining premises are mainly restaurants and bars so there is plenty of choice for a relaxing evening.
Disliked: I guess the noise of trains on the nearby bridge over the river might be an issue for some people. The nearby restaurants have outdoor seating so there is a buzz in the evening that might be unwelcome to some people. It is not a late night area. We didn't have a problem with either of these potential issues.

Exceptional

Liked: The view was amazing! Everything was clean, beds were confortable and the room was relatively big
Disliked: The bathroom was very tight, almost no space to turn. But it was fairly clean.
