Pleasant comfortable room, but with...

Liked: The room is spacious, bed comfortable, water and coffee available. The view was very pleasant though can't really be described as a river view, as trees obscure almost entire river.
Disliked: Reception closes at 2pm so it is not possible to check in in person. 'Check-in' is a keybox in an alleyway which could be a safety issue for a lone person at night. And the code didn't work - someone had made a mistake setting up the code. Also the bathroom is minute - it is barely possible to get into the shower.
