Superb

Liked: The friendliness of the staff. Nothing was a problem.
Disliked: The water in our room wasn't very hot. They immediately moved us to another room though.

Wonderful Rescue Room

Liked: This was rescue room after experiencing a Booking.com rip-off room we had paid for but could not enter. This room had not been completely cleaned, but desk staff quickly came up and removed trash. Room was comfortable easily accessed and close to most everything we wanted to experience in Orleans--Joan d'Arc, cathedral, central square, street cars, walking routes.Lovely! And quite a relief after our ealier distress.
Disliked: Trash in room upon our arrival.

Lovely small hotel in the...

Liked: Nice location, convenient for the centre; friendly and helpful staff: good breakfast.
Disliked: Room was supposedly large, but was a little cramped.
