Disliked: Location,I Don,t think it's a safe area ,lots homeless,,no elevator Iam disabled had to climb three flights of stairs and down nest morning ,very noisy, couple arguing through the night untoll I had to call front desk 3am,

Pleasant

Liked: Great location, so close to the metro and a bunch of shops! The staff were excellent and all very nice.
Disliked: The only thing I'd have to say is that the beds weren't the most comfortable. They were very loud any time you'd move and felt quite uncomfortable to sleep on. But they do the job I suppose.
