Very good

Suitable for a one night...

Liked: The property is in a central location in Turin. There was a small basket in the room with some juice, a croissant and some crackers which was a nice gesture.
Disliked: The hotel looks and feels tired and worn out. The neighbourhood feels quite sketchy with groups of men hanging around on street corners. Parking is a little hap-hazard. I was lucky enough to park right outside but only because I quickly moved my car when someone vacated a space.

Good, Affordable Place Near the...

Liked: The hotel is located in an interesting neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants, bars, and it’s close to the river. Public transport options like trams and buses are nearby, but you can also walk to most places. I walked around at night and felt safe.
Disliked: Some of the furnishings could use a bit of maintenance or replacement, but overall it was perfectly fine for a short stay of a couple of nights. A good, budget-friendly option close to the centre.

Passable

Great city but bad experience...

Liked: Very good location, close by foot to the city center.
Disliked: The shower was barely warm. The room was very cold with bad window isolation.For the price we weren’t expecting something amazing, but I think the water temperature was important and if there is no heating at least warmer blankets for the bed should exist.To conclude, I have to say the personnel was the worst of our time there. The receptionist during the day shift that checked us in, was very rude and terrible at communicating. It has been the first time we were treated that way and hopefully the last.

Cheap but not cheerful

Liked: Clean sheets. Staff friendly on reception, easy walk into centre of Turin. Free parking on the street outside.
Disliked: Hotel and bathroom was very dirty, not a good area with people shouting and running around during the night. For some reason the guy on reception insisted we leave the room key with him whenever we left the building. I did not do this.

Liked: Nice and friendly atmosphere, extremely comfortable room for exceptional price-quality
