Great location and helpful staff

Liked: The people at the reception desk were very friendly and professional. Comfortable bed, close to museums, shopping, and restaurants.
Disliked: It was quite loud outside the hotel until after 11:00 pm. We go to bed early so this may not affect everyone.

We enjoyed Zaragoza! The hotel...

Liked: Excellent location! The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom clean and well maintained. Very quiet.
Disliked: We ended up with an interior room that was adequate but not what we expected with a small window facing three walls. Little natural light.

very pleasant stay

Liked: friendly staff, easy to checkin, very centric
Disliked: pillows smelled bad, as if not washed. you could hear the neighbours snoring (bad soundproofing)

Nice little stay but bring...

Liked: Location is great, it's right near most of the tourist attractions and there is access to all of the lovely shops, bars, restaurants and public transport.
Disliked: The windows in the room are quite thin. So, when people are returning from a late night out, it is quite loud from the street (the recycling truck dumping bottles in the middle of the night was so loud I thought someone had smashed into my room!)
