Outdated hotel, needing a lot...

Liked: The bar and food. Brittany was awesome.
Disliked: The microwave was broken, room door would not close or open easily, the sheets seemed too short for the bed. Only one night stand. Not enough power outlets. The chairs in our room were extremely uncomfortable and difficult to access.

Mediocre. To much price for...

Disliked: Phone didn’t work. No room cleaning because I stayed 2 nights.

Liked: Location is great and it was a relatively comfortable room.
Disliked: The room needs to renovated. Overall not dirty, but very old. We found stained bedsheets and towels. The main door of room and closet were stained/dirty as if they were never wiped off. The indoor pool roof needs to be checked: every other minute when the wind passed, the roof plexiglass sheets would lift up a bit causing leaves and other debris falling from the roof in the pool while we were taking a swim. A bit of a downer was also the fact that there was no laundry facility. Finally the timer light in the bathroom was ammoying. It didn't stay on...obviously it was connected to some timer, which does nit make sense at all.For a Hilton hotel this hotel needs to be upgraded fast; it did not meet the Hilton standard we are used to. We paid a good amount for just a couple of nights and expected a lot more quality and facilties wise.

The room was comfortable

Liked: Room was clean. Location was good. Good breakfast.
Disliked: There was no soap in the room when we arrived. One bed was not complete with bedding. The fire alarm was missing.

This was a solid choice...

Liked: The room was spacious and beds comfortable. I appreciated the “no fee for cancellation” and “pay at time of stay” options.
Disliked: The bathroom sink didn’t have a drain plug. The outside of windows were dirty. The outside stairs appeared crumbly.
