Liked: Check-in and check out were really easy to do, the site was conventient and the way the code works etc was really convenient
Disliked: the most problematic thing was the squeaking of the floorboords, making me scared of waking others up and moving around in my room

Very saltisfactory stay

Liked: The location, very welcoming staff, comfortable apt, very good breakfast.
Disliked: Reception desk closes at 8pm

I would recommend except in...

Liked: Friendly staff. Conveniently located for the station. Excellent breakfast.
Disliked: I would echo some of the other negative reviews, albeit we still very much enjoyed our stay. We were in one of the attic rooms, only accessible by a steep staircase, which might be unsuitable for some. The bathroom was very cramped. The pillows and mattresses were very soft versus my personal preference. It was a very hot and humid day and night and as a result the room was stultifying. Although a fan was provided, we were otherwise reliant on two skylights to open to cool the room, which then had to be closed as there were thunderstorms throughout the night. We had a sleepless night!

Liked: Ideally located. 5 minutes from main station,the cathedral, and the river.Clean and comfortable, lovely breakfast, friendly staff.
