Liked: The location was excellent and our room was spotless. I would recommend the hotel to anyone traveling to Vienna. The staff, especially Ines, were wonderful.

Ideal for our visit; absolutely...

Liked: Ideally located for shopping and sightseeing in quiet area beside cathedral square. Staff very friendly, and helpful. Hotel has a very welcoming personality, as opposed to corporate carbon copy of most hotels. Good breakfast available. Air conditioned, much appreciated in muggy, thundery weather when we visited.
Disliked: Quite a few steps and level changes in floors to negotiate which can be a bit confusing and hazardous at first, but once familiarised, they become part of the charm of the property. The lift is just a little bit small: but works perfectly.

Ideal hotel for a weekend...

Liked: Perfect central hotel for exploring Vienna. A traditional hotel but the rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Ideal place for a weekend in Vienna
