Liked: I do not know her name, but the woman who was working on the morning of Friday, April 26th at the front desk was so absolutely kind and helpful. The hotel has a perfect location in the city center, and the room was lovely.

Liked: The location was excellent and very safe, even at night. A quiet area but right next to the city center, with plenty of food and drink options nearby. The room was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was good. I highly recommend it. It was a pleasant surprise!

Liked: A very nice hotel just off Stephansplatz, so very central, but also quiet. It had a pleasant old fashioned feeling. My room was very small, but clean and comfortable.Breakfast was fine. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing really.I would certainly go back if I visited Vienna again.
