Everything was great! We will...
Liked: Very nice hotel in quiet neighbourhood, but close to everything. Metro M1 very close, supermarket "Esselunga" two minutes away, caffeterìa, restaurants... Good breakfast, staff very very kind and helpful, rooms clean...
Disliked: There was no such a thing!

Our hotel of choice always
Liked: This is our hotel of choice whenever our family visits Milan. The staff are always incredibly helpful – great, great people at the reception who go out of their way to assist. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well looked after. We’re huge fans of the area – there’s a lovely supermarket just 200–300 metres from the hotel and some great coffee there too. It’s also conveniently close to the metro. Breakfast is always solid too. As always, we’ll keep coming back. Highly recommend.

Poor
Disliked: The staff were quite arrogant except for one, Room wasn't ready. Thought our room was bigger from the size given.You had to walk quite a bit to get to places, mostly catch cabs.Our door key didn't work properly and when I tried to explain that particular staff member kept talking over me until I asked him to stop and let me speak, as I was quite annoyed by then.Asked for pot of tea, staff member said He will do for you. I am too hot and don't know what I am doing.

disappointed by cleanliness and morning...
Disliked: I generally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share our experience so future guests know what to expect. Unfortunately, the hotel was not as clean as we hoped — we noticed a lot of dust in the room and common areas, which made it feel neglected.What really affected our stay was the attitude of the front desk staff in the morning. In particular, a man named Robert (Indian, working the morning shift) was extremely unprofessional. When we arrived early for check-in, instead of offering a warm welcome or even basic courtesy, he barely looked up from his phone and treated us like an inconvenience. He put us in a corner to wait without giving any clear information, and his responses were sarcastic and passive-aggressive rather than helpful. It felt like he was pretending to be polite, but in a mocking or ironic tone — not the kind of attitude you want at a front desk.In contrast, the staff during the afternoon shift were fantastic — friendly, welcoming, and professional. If you do end up staying here, I highly recommend only dealing with the afternoon team for anything you need.There’s potential at this hotel, but serious improvement is needed in housekeeping and morning customer service.
