Disliked: Been here twice, very satisfied , but only 1 elevator with a hotel if this size and 5 stories is insufficient, otherwise all good, great breakfast

Liked: Parking is quite ok, only 20 zlotys (5 EUR) per day
Disliked: The hotel is generally okay, but there are several downsides.1. The elevator was out of order during the entire stay — inconvenient 2. The pool was cold, not really suitable for relaxing.3. No hot water in the shower near the pool.4. Towels were not changed during the entire stay of several days 5. Breakfast was quite basic: few hot options, no fruits or desserts.6. The only coffee machine stopped serving coffee with milk on the last day7. The bathroom was very small and the bed is too soft for us.8. The view from the window was disappointing — not the place for a scenic stay.Might work for undemanding travelers, but there’s room for improvement

A hotel in the middle...

Liked: Good selection of food. The staff was quick to refill if something was either not there or the plates were empty.The staff in both reception and the restaurant was really friendly and forthcoming. Compliments to the two gentlemen in the restaurant - really friendly.The receptionstaff was great, answered the questions I had.And I would expect one of them to be the manager - she looked actually quite nice ;)
Disliked: The aircondition was not working, even after complaining 2 times.The water in both the shower and the sink was brown. Took a while for it to turn normal.The shower was "cold" and not hot on the two first nights.Cleaning could be improved.There was no trashcan in the room - and the one in the bathroom did not have a bag inside it.

Disco beneath the family room...

Liked: Superb breakfast, nice pool area with convenient opening hours, good restaurant and menu.
Disliked: The hotel is in a very depressing area, and your own transport is a must since there are forests and other nice areas to the north, and the city of Stettin, all within 30 minutes' drive. Our main gripe concerned the location of the 'Family Room', which is on the first floor, directly above the banqueting suite. On the Saturday evening of our visit, this hosted an 18th birthday party. And this being Poland, the music was excruciatingly loud. They might as well have been dancing in our bathroom. At 11pm I went downstairs to ask the reception staff how long it was going on for; I was ignored. Nobody wanted to speak to me. I then asked the security guard on the door of the disco, and was told 3am. When booking the hotel, I had specifically requested a quiet room (we have two young children, and this as much for the benefit of the other guests, as our own chances of a night of unbroken sleep!). At no point during the booking or check-in process, were we informed about the party planned for directly beneath our beds. You could not have paid me enough money to sleep with my family in that hotel on that evening.
