Hotel d'Lins Ontario Airport

I was initially very impressed by the hotel. The room looked great, the room was much bigger and it was not much more expensive than the Motel 6 I stayed at on my last trip. With that being my most recent experience this room was beyond my wildest dreams. However, that night as I was walking out of the bathroom a chill went down my spine as I realized the carpet I was stepping onto was cold and wet. The next day I went to the front desk and told them about it and they had someone fix the air conditioning almost immediately but there was nothing they could really do about the wet spot in the carpet. Also, something that was slightly annoying was the fact that as a tried to turn the faucet off for the sink if I pushed it too far it would go from off back to on again. It was frustrating because I had to keep pushing it back and forth to reach the perfect middle in order to get the water to turn off.

Liked: Room was clean; very nice shower; spacious room; quick and friendly service.
Disliked: Air conditioning was leaking and faucet turned on in 2 directions.

Liked: When I arrived, I was concerned based on how the outside looks at first glance but it definitely looks much better on the inside. For the price, it was great. Staff was friendly and attentive.
Disliked: Pillows were hard. I have a neck issue at the moment and they made it worse. Besides the pillows, everything was great.

Disliked: I wish they’d spent a little more time cleaning our room because I did check in late so I expected a clean room.
