Disliked: Not at all worth the price. Facilities are bad. Service isn’t five-star worthy at all.

Liked: Beautiful old hotel, perfectly renovated and luxurious. Staff were warm and helpful. Great location and view.
Disliked: I booked the best room in the hotel and it was still on the small side.There was a step up to reach the bathroom.

Liked: Very beautiful building, very centrally located, excellent restaurant and cafe
Disliked: Sound of heavy rock music seeping into room at night, we thought the gym which had pounding rock music going through the day, very sad and broke our sleep

Exceptional

Exceptional hotel in every way

Liked: Nicely designed room with a balcony; it was very comfortable and pleasant. Excellent buffet breakfast the next morning. Staff was exceptionally friendly, professional and helpful.

Swedish Sauna

Liked: Bags were delivered directly to the room, but probably after they were searched by the US Secret Service. The check in/lobby area is extremely small and crowded during check-in/out.
Disliked: The elevator (tiny/slow and only 1), no air con, and all of the security (Swedish police and US Secret Service), which made us feel very uncomfortable.
