Liked: The staff was very nice and pleasant. They did all to satisfy our needs. The breakfast is very good and is very tasty. We are impressed by the very welcoming and friendly treatment from the staff of the hotel and will recommend everyone looking for a place in Milan.

Liked: The hotel looked different in real life than on the booking pics. Furnitures was old, TV didn't work, we also have bug problems there. Flying bugs were all in the bathroom and in the room, on the bed as well.The breakfast was poor, the only thing that was ok, the scrumbled eggs and the cappuccino, nothing else. If you have gluten intolerance, you can barely eat anything. Plus point for the nice guy at the reception (both of them), they were helpful and kind.Regards,Tünde

Liked: Location of the hotel was wonderful: walking distance to the metro, bus stop close by, good variety of restaurants and cafés/bars in the neighborhood, excellent breakfast, nice hotel outside patio, elevator available, good hot water and shower water pressure, room has sufficient electrical outlets, enough room to open suitcase, enough hangers in the closet, no street noise, curtains blocked light
Disliked: Bed was a bit too hard for me.
