Exceptional

Good location, The floor inside...

Liked: The hotel was centrally located. Amsterdam Central Station was only a couple of stops away by the tram. The anne frank house is nearby and everything is within walking distance.
Disliked: The rooms floor layout was split in height meaning you had to walk down a couple of steps to reach the bed. This can be a little inconvient at night and a little bit confusing.

Would definitely come back

Liked: Perfect hotel, quiet , clean and comfortable in a great location. They even left a complimentary gift in a nice tin which you could take home with you. A lovely detail.
Disliked: The hairdryer was very old and barely served its function. Luckily in the summer I walked with wet hair but in the winter it would be a problem.

Great hotel, wonderful staff, convenient...

Liked: This hotel is centrally located....many attractions are within walking distance: Anne Frank house, Canal rides, museums, etc.. There is a wonderful restaurant & bar on property. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful...They arranged our canal ride and our taxi to the airport...Our room was clean and comfortable. We only had a two day, two night stay and were pleased that the hotel exceeded our expectations...

Superb

Liked: The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. There was no street noise or noise heard between rooms. Staff at reception were helpful. The location is great for exploring central Amsterdam and near to tram stops too.
