Perfect location, perfect staff and...

Liked: The hotel’s location was perfect. It was within walking distance or a short tram ride to Centraal Station. It was actually just one street behind Dam Square. It’s in a location with access to everywhere. The rooms were clean. Rituals products, including body lotion, were provided in the bathroom. We were very satisfied with our 3-day trip.
Disliked: Although the beds were very comfortable, they were in the form of a mattress, so when we woke up, they had shifted. I think an improvement can be made in this area.

Disliked: There are trams going past, which rumbled a little but the upside was that it was really easy to get around from just outside the hotel

Great Stay

Liked: Perfect central location – everything was within walking distance.Comfortable bed.Very clean and well-maintained.Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed how close we were to all the main attractions in Amsterdam.
Disliked: The room was quite small for the price paid.Not sure if all rooms are the same size, but space felt limited.

Convenient for quick Amsterdam overnight

Liked: 5 min drive from train station, clean, attic style room, elevator, nice glass walls for bathroom
Disliked: Expensive, was eaten by mosquitos all night, you had to go down 2 steps from the hallway to get into the room from inside the doorway which was rather difficult and awkward with the luggage, busy loud bar in lobby
