Great place to stay right...

Liked: Very friendly staff, excellent location, a lot of history and right in the centre of everything - only 2 stops from the central station by tram so no really need to get a cab
Disliked: A little on the pricy side but a great hotel

Great base for a short...

Liked: Excellent location. Historical building. Room decor. Comfy bed and pillows. Nice quiet AC.
Disliked: Poor lighting in the room. Unable to read in bed due to very poor/ non existent bedside light. Apparent lack of breakfast tea bags. I had to raid the restaurant tea supply (as directed by reception staff). The hotel needs to remember that some guests prefer tea to coffee! We went to a supermarket to buy milk as none was supplied in the room and it seemed easier than asking reception.
