Liked: Very comfortable, spacious rooms and very clean too. Staff are very attentive and very helpful as well. One of the staff members generously gave us her personal umbrella when it was raining so they are lovely :)
Disliked: It is quite echoey inside the hotel, you can hear conversations and music playing in the lobby

Disliked: It was weird… I had a reservation and I got 2 auto messages that if I didn’t check in by 6 pm they’d automatically cancel my reservation. It stressed me out bc I was on a bus in traffic.

Disliked: As other reviewers noted, the hotel sends an email a few days after the booking saying that check in is from 3-5 or the reservation is cancelled. I arrived around 1:30 and was able to pay, but told the room wouldn’t be available until 3. They then sent me a message saying that the checkin was from 3-5 and would be cancelled after UNLESS paid prior. So get there early to pay and you are fine.
