I would recommend staying here. I would definitely stay again. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean and I loved that there was Foxtel.

Liked: Staff friendly; room very clean; food good.
Disliked: The shower sliding door should slide from the other direction. Small space between shower door and the handbasin for a larger person.

Liked: The staff were fantastic, we had choices of board games. The beds were super comfy

Liked: The location was superb. It is close to the bus stop, only 3 stations away from the CBD. Also it is located in a complex where lots of dining options to choose from.
Disliked: There is no view, but this was expected.

Perfect location

Liked: The location was perfect. Close to the hospitals and South Bank. There is a plaza next door that has every cuisine you could ask for as well as a convenience store. The room and amenities were good. The free hot drinks were an added bonus too. The staff were all friendly. The room and hotel were clean.
Disliked: Our air con was loud and rattled when on. The beds were a bit hard. The breakfast was pretty expensive for the quality.

Liked: Close to all places we wished to travel to. Female staff member on afternoon shift very pleasant to speak to and very helpful in sorting out carpark malfunction.
Disliked: Loose power plugs in room. Mentioned to staff members on way out of complex. Not sure if they checked it out. Trouble with getting out of carpark. Ticket vendor not accepting scan of tickets. Had to go back into hotel to let them know it wasn't working.Place looks tired and in need of maintenance

Liked: Location was fantastic! Close to eateries and the Mater hospital. Clean and tidy, well maintained hotel.
Disliked: The shower curtain caused overflow in the bathroom.
