Disliked: I booked a room for myself and my colleagues. Booking number: 4890787540.Upon checking in, I found the window left open despite the rain and snow outside, turning the room into an ice-cold space. Even after turning on the radiator, the freezing draft from the window made it impossible to warm up the room. The window itself was ice-cold, intensifying the chill. Additionally, there is no sound insulation whatsoever—it feels as though the windows are purely decorative rather than serving any functional purpose.Apart from that, the room was very dusty. If you have allergies like I do, I wouldn’t recommend this place.The towels are dirty, photos attached. The white towel has yellow stains.

Liked: I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my positive experience. I really liked the location and the spaciousness of the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were very nice, and I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness and overall upkeep.Thank you for the great hospitality - I look forward to staying with you again in the future
