A great hotel, friendly staff,...

Liked: I am so glad to find Hotel Diament. The Receptionist was so helpful and patient, and coped regularly with my queries. The room was beautiful, clean and well equipped. The hotel offers meals but unfortunately I didn't take advantage of them, the menu looks scrumptious.The hotel is perfectly positioned for a local shopping mall, the extensive beautiful park which I highly appreciate and heartily recommend. The football stadium and Planetarium tin the park.The hotel is very closely supported by bus and tram stops, I travelled extensively on the network, which brought me to the centre in about 10 minutes max.For the late booking I made and the very competitive price, this hotel is a gold find and I am looking forward to returning there - it is a great hotel.

Liked: Great location, close to Chorzów Park. Clean room and bathroom. Outside parking, inside shop at reception with red bull, wine and small snacks. Ironing table.
Disliked: Really weak lighting in the room. Cleaning staff being loud (talking loudly) early morning and waking as up Christmas Day. Closed swimming pool.
