Liked: It was clean and quiet
Disliked: Room was very basic, no drink facilities, coffees tea etc, no wardrobe to hang clothing, could not adjust the heating.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was a bit complex to locate going up and down the lifts but overall, it was very good.
Disliked: I would have liked to know that the room had to be reached by going up and down several lifts so I could have chosen another option.

Disliked: The hotel advertised with free parking, but we got a parking ticket anyway, Sneaky way to cheat customers to pay some extra money?Nobody in the reception, only a sign saying "Back in 5 minutes" (saturday night !) ... waited for at least 45 minutes, gave up ...
