Liked: Location and dog friendly. It is just a clean room, and that is all we needed. Refrigerater, microwave and sink were helpful.

Liked: It is so family friendly, and relaxed, yet clean and nice. The outside showers and sprays are wonderful for rinsing to keep items out of the hotel, and to also keep sand off items for the ride home. That is a nice addition, thank you. The 24 hour desk service is so friendly and nice.

Disliked: The room and building needs renovation. charges way too much for low quality. Floor and walls had holes and coming apart . No breakfeast no pool Will not return

Disliked: Very basic for the cost - the tv did not work and it took several calls to have it fixed - the air conditioner needed a filter change red light bright at night

Liked: The location was absolutely perfect, and I really liked the private balcony off of the room
Disliked: I did not realize they did not have a pool and also when we arrived and asked to use a bathroom, we were told that there is not a bathroom that we were able to use that coupled with the fact that there are no bathrooms on the beach, makes it really difficult for people driving from a distance when they arrive

Good

Liked: The location is wonderful. I can park and walk anywhere. The bay and the ocean are on either side of the hotel.
Disliked: There aren't a lot of amenities and you have to carry all your things from the parking lot. No luggage carts. There is an elevator for all three floors and an ice machine and vending machine
