Great spot to stay with...

Liked: We were having work done on our home and needed to get out for a few days.So, we thought why not go to the beach....I needed a dog friendly place, in a decent location, close to the Indian River Inlet. I had no idea what to expect, but the location turned out to be perfect, my dog was happy, the staff could not have been more wonderful and I was very appreciative of the fact that our room was away from all the party people (I don't mind them. I just like my sleep now.)
Disliked: Nothing really... the room served it's purpose for us... we just wanted a clean, comfortable place for our dog. We aren't really Dewey Beach people, OCMD is our favorite place. Maybe we don't like that you aren't in OC!

Staff was very nice but...

Liked: Staff was nice Location to restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Floors appeared new.
Disliked: Room was very dated. Furniture was painted but all scratched up. Popcorn ceiling had been patched many times. A few areas appeared to be loose. Had to ask to get more towels, Alot of paint and caulk to cover up blemishes. No smoke detector, but when called it was replaced. Said it had a kitchenette but there were no dishes or pots or pans? Felt like a college dorm room. If details matter to you, this is not a place for you!
