Liked: Very good location, a little confusing as there’s another location with the same name one street away.
Disliked: Sadly the room was not very well kept and did not meet our expectations.

Liked: Location was as planned for our stay. Bed Linen was pristeine. Great shower pressure and plenty of soap / shower gel. Room temperture nice and warm as it was very cold during our visit
Disliked: Very old fashioned bathroom. Difficult to enter / exit shower. Very poor quality furniture and lighting eg The bedside cupboards didn't match. To be honest, all the furniture needed to be dumped. Beds very uncomfortable. Floor and decor very poor. State of stairs is disgusting. Lets Booking.com down by listing as a 'Hotel'

Apples hurt

Liked: They had loads of apples for us at the reception
Disliked: On the first night I to physically unblock the sink.On the 2nd night I couldn’t find the hotel and my best mate launched an apple at me.

Liked: 5 minutes from Karlsplatz
Disliked: Dirty white towels with brown and black stains, I was afraid to imagine from where they came. Beds are uncomfortable and the mattress is made from noisy springs which will make a creepy concert each time you will try to adjust your position.From the downtown till the hotel you will feel like walking through a ghetto.

Liked: Really liked the bathroom, this is very important for me when I travel. The beds were super comfortable and I liked that a heater and a fan were part of the deal. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was good, close to many places to eat and travel changes. I recommend using Karlsplatz (Stachus) as your start and end point of travel if you have a lot of luggage. The Hauptbahnhof is walking distance but I don’t recommend it. Instead take a tram to Stachus and walk to the hotel.
Disliked: I wish there were amenities to have a cup of coffee or tea in the morning. There was no coffee maschine or kettle or mugs so I recommend making coffee/tea plans outside the hotel. Would’ve appreciated a hot drink in the cold weather.
