Clean enough and a cheap...

Liked: The property is well located, the beds are comfy, and i think the main selling point is it is cheap which is what we wanted - having done triple rooms for a stag trip
Disliked: They beg you for a 10/10 when you leave, but don't actually really check the inbox at allI cut my finger on the stair handrail going up to the room as a metal bar was out and they hadn't sanded down the metal where it is snapped off.They older gentleman at reception can talk your ear off all day, 2 mins of information took 10 mins to give.It is very old as a property and could use a refurb, i felt like i was going to break the shower just stepping on it, the shower head was held up via a plastic bag...spend some money on the hotel and you'll get better reviews and better day rate

Liked: The hotel is near the main train station, there are shops, restaurants and supermarkets around the place. The location next to the theatre is charming. The room was spacious and the staff was nice, The surroundings are quite lively.
Disliked: The lift is a bit small.
