Liked: The owner of this hotel has more than just a hotel, a real treasure, the man Eugen Zachartas at the reception. He became my angel during my stay in Munich. Thank you for this man and please treat him very well. He is a wonderful person, the best thing that happened to me here. And thank you for allowing animals to stay! The linen is clean, the baths are gorgeous.

Disliked: Shocking Experience. The elevator area used to be closed till 7.00am and since our train was early we had bring heavy bags down by stairs.
