I was excited!

Liked: Cleanliness, hospitality, wonderful personnel. Very tasty breakfast! Excellent coffee;)

Liked: We arrived very late but the staff had all our rooms ready. Very clean and comfortable with a good breakfast.
Disliked: Too short a stay, only in Milan for a stopover

Liked: The staff. Was kind.
Disliked: The room. The air conditioning was broke all over the hotel. The room and bed clothing are very old and smelly
