Very pleasant stay and accessible...

Liked: Located at Stalingrad tram stop which will take you into city centre The room was basic but very clean.
Disliked: There was no safe box in the room.Unfortunately due to works on the line the tram was not running for the duration of our stay

Short stay option.

Liked: Staff were excellent, and the room was comfortable and recently upgraded. Limited choice of value for money hotels in Bordeaux compared to Toulouse and Carcassone made the hotel a decent option for a short stay. Handy for the tram to airport.
Disliked: Street side room was noisy and few local restaurants available. Check in time could be tricky.

Disliked: Room allocated was like a cell. No external window and dark! Small window to corridor only.

Great staff and location

Liked: It was right near a very good tram stop. The staff was great. Tha added on breakfast was well worth it.
Disliked: Not that I didn’t like it, but all the stairs with my heavy luggage. No elevator, so be prepared!
