Disappointing

Liked: Staff was good, location is not bad
Disliked: Rooms were not clean, there was little ants behind bed and bathroom, lights were full of dust. No ac, no refrigirator and no kettle. Price is too much for room like this

Exceptional

Liked: Had a lovely stay room's are clean the staff are very friendly and helpful Good location

Supportive atmosphere

Liked: The staff are extremely polite and helpful. It's definitely one of the best attitudes in the city. The location is close to the metro station. A small breakfast is for free.
Disliked: If you sleep with the windows open because it's too hot, it can be a bit noisy at night.

Pleasant

Liked: There were many restaurants around
Disliked: There wasn't shampoo nor soup. And it was very loud. You could hear everything from outside and the other rooms. And no AC.

Gem of property in great...

Liked: Very friendly clean, near metro and nice area.
Disliked: It was 35 degrees and just 1 fan in a room for 3. The toiletries in the room were just 3 tiny bars of soap but I bought some shower gel from the supermarket across the road

Basic room in convenient location

Liked: Convenient to the metro and lots of restaurants and shops. Clean room. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Room is quite basic, functional but nothing more. Hot and stuffy on the top floor. Internet was almost unusably poor.

Great option for people that...

Liked: great staff very polite, good breakfast (original french), good localtion (subway, grocery store, fast food chains) all nearby.
Disliked: stairs

Value for money.

Liked: Very nice, helpful staff. Bed comfy and shower hot.
Disliked: Room very very basic.
