Modern, stylish hotel with little...

Liked: New, modern rooms. Also the hotel itself is renovated. Very nice style. 5th floor room had a nice view over the city and was quiet. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: The rooms have very little storage (very minimalistic style, although there would be enough space for more storage): there’s not a single drawer, 4 clothes hangers and two small shelves.

One of the best hotels...

Liked: Coveniently located, decorated with style, featuring a teapot and a small fridge in a nice-size room (a rarity in Strasbourg), it offers a rich and tasty breakfast. The staff is friendly, and the bed is helpful, too!
Disliked: I was hoping to watch football in my room, but I guess prepaid channels would be too much to expect

Superb

Liked: This hotel has a fantastic location, directly across from the central station. The staff is excellent, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained.
Disliked: Please note that the bathroom doors have large see-through gaps, which might be uncomfortable for colleagues or friends sharing a twin bed room.

Warm Service

Liked: I had a great experience at this hotel. The location is excellent — right in front of the train station and within easy walking distance to the Strasbourg city center. The staff were amazing: very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I especially want to thank Lea, Benoît and other staff for their exceptional assistance. They handled my special request with genuine kindness and professionalism — something that’s unfortunately missing in some other hotels. I truly appreciate and thank them for their outstanding service.Also, I really loved the charming old elevator with the iron gate — it added a nostalgic and unique touch to the whole experience. My room had a lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the train station, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
Disliked: None

Very pretty but some problems

Liked: There were items advertised in the listing that simply weren’t true. Bathroom was cold, always. Tv was broken.
