Excellent- apart from rather chaotic...

Liked: Location and friendly and willing service particularly at Reception where they went well beyond the call of duty
Disliked: We had a smaller room than last time - for the same price and at the same time of year.

Perfect place in a perfect...

Liked: Everything. Have stayed here several times and no need to look for a different place. In fact I make my reservation here BEFORE booking my flight. And we have our favorite restaurants all within a 2 block radius.

Liked: The hotel is very well located, and the staff were also super attentive and nice. The accommodation is comfortable and clean. Overall, it was a great stay, and it attended my expectations

Disliked: needs serious refurbishment, i had cracked tile in the. bathroom. For breakfast you gwt coffee from nespresso machine for 50 eur.

Liked: We stayed in room 114 and it was lovely. The room was very large, plenty of storage and the bed was very comfortable. The area was close enough to all sites that were had planned to visit.
Disliked: The only issue is a step down into the hallway leading to the bath with the shower and my husband was concerned regarding the doorway. It was rather low and was concerned he may hit is head.
