Pleasant - would return to...

Liked: The hotel has a great location. The staff pleasant. Breakfast is good value for what we paid. However our room was very small! not adapted for three adults.
Disliked: Definitley our room.

Liked: Location, cleanliness, comfort. Breakfast was good. Friendliness of staff.
Disliked: Colour of room was too dark.

Disliked: There was no parking available even though it was mentioned that there is parking

Very disappointing and inconsistent.

Liked: The decor in receception, dining room even outsite, bright and clean. Once headed to the room, all change.
Disliked: poor lighting in room, only lamps at bed and mirror, no ceiling light. not bright enough for makeup. poor hallway light. hallway carpets dirty. Room colour bland. Lift broken, but no one to assist with luggage up the stairs. I was on the 2nd floor.

Liked: Room was comfortable- quiet and well lit. Staff in reception were friendly and helpful.

Good Hotel spoiled by the...

Liked: Room was good, staff members were lovely. The only issue was noise from the street, gangs of youths shouting and playing loud music to the early hours meant no sleep was had at allz

Always enjoy your stay here

Liked: Stayed here a few times. Always a pleasure. The gentleman on the desk wasn’t as happy as the other staff we usually encounter but it was no issue. We did however get talking to a gentleman in the town who knew me by name. Turns out he was the usual receptionist. We hadn’t been at this hotel for almost a year prior to the stay and he recognised us. Was very impressed. Lovely staff there. Parking outside and a car park two minutes walk away. Right in the town. Would recommend
