Not fancy, but great value...

Liked: I loved the location! Up and coming area with cool restaurants, affordable hair salons, cafes, etc. A metro stop right outside, same for the bus. It’s clean but dated. Perfect for a short stay if you don’t want to pay the crazy Paris prices. I was satisfied.
Disliked: No elevator.

Liked: Room was airy and a bit larger than the usual offering in Paris in this price range. Newly renovated, nice bathroom
