Nice vibrant very youthful location

Liked: It has AC which is rare in Paris, and very appreciated for 33+ temperatures when we stayed. There was also a lovely flea market on a Sunday. Receptionist is a wonderful lady who was so helpful and kind.
Disliked: Everything was okay for a short stay

Overpriced, taking advantage of fashion...

Liked: Location is great.
Disliked: Bathroom was dirty, sheets were dirty. Outside of the building was covered in scaffolding. Reception ignored all customers.

A very enjoyable break in...

Liked: Welcoming staff who were super helpful with requested information. Property was very clean and modern and the room was serviced daily. The area was also pleasant with a mix of shops, cafes etc. can recommend the bakery at the end of the street!
Disliked: The only down side was that the exterior was covered in scaffolding so no window view, and contractors started work fairly early. This is of course only temporary, and the building will look smarter afterwards! It wasn’t really a problem and certainly wouldn’t put me off returning.

Liked: Close to public transport. Lovely neighbourhood. Good coffee machine. Basic but had everything we needed. Staff very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Window looked dirty from the outside. Couldn’t and didn’t want to open it as covered in a film and some kind of scaffolding.

Simple, clean hotel, well located....

Liked: The room was simple, a bit smaller than I expected, but clean and utilitarian. It was quiet, and for being on a hot day, a nice temperature.
Disliked: The façade is being re-plastered, which means scaffolding is up all over the building and the windows are effectively blocked. This isn't necessarily what you want on your trip to Paris! On the plus side though, I think it helped with noise and heat in the room.

Exceptional

Liked: The size of the room is decent, and having air conditioning is definitely a big plus!!!

Great location for a few...

Liked: Good size room . Comfy bed . Close to metro . Bars and restaurants nearby . Not touristy area . Friendly staff .
Disliked: Need better pillows and water in room . Outside building being renovated so unable to open window.

Okay first experience in Paris

Liked: Super clean.Very friendly staff.Everything in the room was sufficient.Small lobby on the base floor.Working air conditioning
Disliked: We travelled with a group of friends and thus got a room per 2 people, but the rooms were way too small for 2 people. I'd suggest seperate rooms per person, as I decided to get a seperate room upon realizing on arrival.
