Liked: Nothing. It was overpriced. Not enough towels, pillows or shampoos. Mean staff.
Disliked: Nothing. It was overpriced. Not enough towels, pillows or shampoos. Mean staff. When we got there, there was a scaffolding up covering the whole hotel. The windows were completely covered and couldn’t be opened. No sunlight came in at all. We had workers talking loudly and working on our windows at 7am every morning, including on a Saturday. Completely unacceptable!! When complained to the hotel, they decided to not be responsible for it and blame someone else. I was charged a full amount (not compensation or discount offered for the inconvenience) and was never notified before getting to the property about the condition of the building. The staff and manager handled this very poorly. This affected my stay and my trip majorly. It was a scam and had an awful time there!!! NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL.
