Exceptional

Liked: Lovely staff, perfect location. Comfiest bed I've ever slept in in a hotel. My daughter left her cuddly toys and they've been so kind to post them back to the UK for us. Communication great before and after our stay and very reasonably priced.
Disliked: The air con took a while to cool down the room.

Liked: Fantastic location very central, big parking nearby (paid for)
Disliked: Dated and old facilities Really basic breakfast for which they charge 12.50e

Very good

Liked: Breakfast was great. Especially fruits pots, breads and coffee machine.Location excellent.Staff very accommodating.
Disliked: Beds Very narrow.Noise on sat night, needed earlier plugs to drown out.

Liked: Location excellent in the centre of the beautiful old town. Staff extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Excellent breakfast. Very good value.

Staff was great and supportive.

Liked: Amazing location.
Disliked: The lift was broken most of the days, and the room frigobar, although plugged in and with the internal light on, did never get cold.

Very good

Liked: The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our room had a balcony and was situated at the back overlooking the courtyard , which meant it was very quiet. The hotel is situated in a very busy and vibrant medieval area, it was great to be so close to everything. The Saturday market was amazing and well worth a visit.
Disliked: All was ok.

Enjoyable short stay in Rennes

Liked: Excellent location in the heart of Rennes city centre.
Disliked: The room was disappointing - small and with no view. Breakfast was also very disappointing fare

Didn’t get the room or...

Disliked: I booked a superior large double bedroom and got a tiny room with a small double bed.
