Disliked: Although I chose a room with a bathtub, I was given a room without a bathtub. I left a 50 euro deposit and it was not refunded.

Wonderful staff, facility and location.

Liked: Wonderful staff. Very courteous and helpful. I would recommend the hotel to anyone for this reason.
Disliked: The room had no room to unpack or facility to hold suitcased clothes.

Superb

Liked: Incredibly stylish and clean hotel. For a short stay everything was great, however we didn’t try the restaurant or spa. Super helpful personnel, they even helped us book a museum visit, at a time when it was otherwise impossible.
Disliked: Nothing, really! Everything was great, would gladly stay again.
