Liked: Close to brussells north station and not far to walk into the centre. Cleaner came daily, huge bed
Disliked: Run down, needs a good upgrade in every way, furniture, carpets, paint work, bathrooms. Loud pipes, one pillow that wasnt comfortable. No hot water in the morning. We were changed rooms due to water dripping through the ceiling which didn't seem to shock anyone.

Everything was just the bare...

Liked: The location is great since you are right next to Brussels Noord for trains and Rogier for Metro and Tram, as well as pretty much walking distance to the center. The price point was lower than competitors.
Disliked: Uncontrollable A/C, only paper cups on the room even in the bath (not even a spoon or anything), hair dryer did not work, all doors squeaking, paper-thin walls, physically smallest possible rooms, confusing entrance and lobby, mediocre breakfast. Everything is very dated and looks like it will fall apart any time soon.
